About this Event

We want to grow New Leash’s volunteer base and continue our mission of finding loving homes for shelter dogs who might otherwise be euthanized all while providing a collaborative and rewarding space for people who want to help us on this journey.

Join us for a strategy session where we will review the results of our recent survey and discuss best practices for communications and volunteer engagement and recruitment. If you are unable to join us for the whole afternoon, please still consider joining us as time allows.

We will kick off the session with lunch and introductions at Noon and will continue until 5:00 PM.

The day will close with social (dinner and drinksat 5:00 and is open to all NLOL volunteers, partners, children, and friends! We will reach out to those attending soon to see if you are thinking of staying for dinner so we have plenty of food and drink! 

Location will be determined based on the number of participants and will likely be at one of our volunteer’s homes in Chicago. Details will be sent to registered attendees and transportation help can be arranged.
